"I also have become a positive example for my daughter, teaching her healthy habits by example." I learned about the Weight Sense program by seeing the success story board in the medical center. I decided to check it out on–line, and after much apprehension, decided to give it a try. I chose the Healthy Solutions program. It promised healthy weight loss with a program that was easy to follow, and the best part – minimum prescriptions of what had to be eaten. I have never heard of a diet where you had to eat a minimum amount of food! After 13 weeks, I had lost over 23.8 lbs. It was motivational to see movement on the scale in the right direction each week. And it was easy - I was never hungry. I could not be happier with my weight loss. I no longer feel tired all the time, I sleep better, and have more self confidence and energy. This program also taught me the importance of physical activity, and that any activity is good, that it doesn’t have to be a daunting task. Exercise is now a part of my daily life, and I have taken an interest in running, and completed many road races since starting the Healthy Solutions program. I also have become a positive example for my daughter, teaching her healthy habits by example. I would certainly recommend the Weight Sense/HMR program to anyone who wants to lose weight. The staff is very supportive, the program is very easy to follow, and the lifestyle benefits are unmatched.
