Welcome to Weight Sense at Derry Medical Center/Londonderry Family Practice! My name is Jillian Rork and I am one of the Health Educators at our clinic. We are thrilled to have you join our message board. Weight Sense started in October 2007 and we have seen remarkable results: shrinking waistlines, better lab values, and all around happier people.
Weight Sense is a place where patients can constructively build healthy lifestyle skills with the unconditional support of our staff and their peers. The message board follows the same philosophy. We would like patients to use this space to share ideas and support each other towards a healthier body. That said, we encourage positive participation. Please refrain from offensive language and opinions. If inappropriate comments are posted, they will be promptly removed and your account may be suspended.
