| I try to do a lot of different things to get my weekly PA in. Most weeks I walk, work out on the ellipical, do Pilates, stretch, do upper and lower body exercises with weights (on different days) or take a cardio class of some sort. Sometimes I do just one type, sometimes 2 or 3 types of exercise in the same session. This way I work different muscle groups and avoid falling into a rut.
