I try to do a lot of different things to get my weekly PA in. Most weeks I walk, work out on the ellipical, do Pilates, stretch, do upper and lower body exercises with weights (on different days) or take a cardio class of some sort. Sometimes I do just one type, sometimes 2 or 3 types of exercise in the same session. This way I work different muscle groups and avoid falling into a rut.

I don't really have access to fitness classes but I find ways to change it up. I have been jogging about 2 times a week and lifting weights a couple times a week. I've been committed and I can tell that it's helping. I would recommend bike riding too!
